To earn points for ASAK awards you must:

1.    Be a member in good standing of ASAK.
2.    Nominate the horse or rider through ASAK (must supply a copy of ASHA registration papers for horse).
3.    Ride in the same class THREE times at point earning shows
4.    You receive the following points for each place 1st through 6th:

1st place = 6 pts    2nd place = 5 pts
3rd place = 4 pts    4th place = 3 pts
5th place = 2 pts    6th place = 1 pt

Championship class points are counted the same as above.  It does NOT matter how many horses are in the class.
